Unified Fixed Asset Management
Coming soonFixed assets, construction in progress, intangibles and right-of-use assets in one register.
One register for every long-lived asset: fixed assets, construction in progress, intangible assets and right-of-use assets. It shares your accounting periods and your segments with the close checklist rather than keeping a second set, so an asset is coded the way the rest of your books are coded.
This solution is not available to buy yet. Nothing on this page is a commitment to a date — when it is ready to sell, it will say so here.
What it will do
Built around the books you already keep.
Every solution on this platform shares one database per customer, so a second product is a second subscription against the same company rather than a second system to reconcile against the first.
- Unlimited depreciation books per asset, and every depreciation method — though most people will use straight line
- Depreciation allocated across several segments at once, by a matrix of the asset's subsidiary against locations, departments and classes, changeable at any time
- Life tracked in months and in accounting periods, spread by period, by month, by actual days or 30/360
- A past-dated asset gets a depreciation record for every period from its beginning, not an opening balance and a guess
- Depreciation that can stop and start again, with dates, and residual values
- Construction in progress built from cost lines, with the outcome shown before the asset is created
- Assets combined and split again without unpicking the history
Where it actually is
The working prototype and the database architecture are built. The platform is already expecting it — release 2026.39 of the close checklist put the solution on the register and tagged every permission with the solution it belongs to, so a company can be switched on for it the day it is ready.
Available today
The Accounting Close Checklist is here now.
While Fixed Assets is being built, the close checklist is sold, supported and in use — and it is the solution the others are being built alongside.
