Solutions

One platform. One database per customer. As many solutions as you need.

Each solution is sold and billed on its own, and switched on for your company when you buy it — but they share one database, one set of accounting periods and one set of segments, so the second product is not a second system to reconcile against the first.

Accounting Close Checklist

The month-end close as a controlled system of record, across as many entities as you close.

  • Segregation of duties the software refuses to break
  • Evidence filed against the task it supports
  • Close performance tracked period over period, naming what to improve
  • An executive view that keeps the CFO current without anyone being asked

What is being built alongside it.

Each of these has a working prototype and a database architecture. None of them is on sale yet, and none of these pages carries a date — when one is ready to buy, its page will say so.

Unified Fixed Asset Management

Fixed assets, construction in progress, intangibles and right-of-use assets in one register.

  • Unlimited depreciation books per asset, and every depreciation method — though most people will use straight line
  • Depreciation allocated across several segments at once, by a matrix of the asset's subsidiary against locations, departments and classes, changeable at any time
  • Life tracked in months and in accounting periods, spread by period, by month, by actual days or 30/360
  • A past-dated asset gets a depreciation record for every period from its beginning, not an opening balance and a guess

Customer Subscriptions and Related Expenses

Revenue recognition, payment tracking, bill amortisation and bill tracking for subscription businesses.

  • A subscription on a sales order line recodes the income to deferred revenue, and a revenue recognition application moves it out again as it is earned
  • Term payments and revenue recognition are separate schedules and may differ — money in on one shape, revenue earned on another
  • Even, pro-rata or daily allocation per period, on both schedules
  • A vendor bill coded to a subscription is expensed now or amortised, on a schedule you can edit to match the term

Accounting GL Impact

A general ledger as simple as a small-business package and built like an ERP.

  • Sales order to fulfillment to invoice, returns and credit memos, customer payments applied against invoices
  • Purchase order to item receipt to bill, bill payments, vendor returns and credits
  • Transfer orders, inventory transfers and adjustments, assembly builds and unbuilds
  • Bank deposits and transfers, statement import and reconciliation

Which one would help first?

If it is one of the three still being built, say so — what customers need first is what gets finished first.
