Every solution on this platform shares one database per customer, so a second product is a second subscription against the same company rather than a second system to reconcile against the first.
- Sales order to fulfillment to invoice, returns and credit memos, customer payments applied against invoices
- Purchase order to item receipt to bill, bill payments, vendor returns and credits
- Transfer orders, inventory transfers and adjustments, assembly builds and unbuilds
- Bank deposits and transfers, statement import and reconciliation
- Journal entries — manual, reversing, intercompany and recurring — including the ones the other solutions raise for depreciation and revenue recognition
- A bank account belongs to one subsidiary, and use by another raises the due-to and due-from lines for you
- Every transaction shows its related transactions, its accounting period, and its GL impact
